This “Think Tank” forum is an invitation-only, exclusive opportunity for district leaders. As districts strive to achieve effective departmental collaboration, it is imperative that we look to the innovators, evangelists and thought leaders who can share industry best practices and models of excellence.

The School Planning & Facilities Congress' unique blend of Strategy Sessions, Keynote Panels, Collaborative Roundtables, and Private Business Meetings are excellent ways to share honest feedback, address critical challenges and take away pragmatic solutions that can be implemented upon return to your district.

We understand that every conversation, strategic discussion and implementation should culminate in an attainable vision for student achievement. We strive to work with and listen to our district leaders and partners to make that vision a reality.

K-12 school administrators need to ensure that they are optimizing their facilities to maximize the student learning experience.  As projects are implemented to accommodate growth, district leaders must make advances in areas such as embedded technology, automation, school safety, classroom design, and energy management. Flexible and blended learning environments enable new instructional models. Re-thinking the classroom is a priority to prepare students for tomorrow’s workplace RTM is committed to partnering with school districts that are leading the way in these important initiatives, and the RTM School Planning & Facilities Congress is a unique platform that allows administrators to collaborate and share best practices.

The RTM K-12 National Advisory Board gathers annually to collaborate and provide our team with direction and feedback to ensure that our work within the K-12 community is timely, accurate and impactful. The Board is comprised of industry thought leaders and consultants that are true innovators driving change in the K-12 sector.
