DIRECTOR OF FACILITIES
PERRIS UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT (CA)
Hector Gonzalez is the Director of Facilities for the Perris Union High School District, which is located in Riverside County, California. Mr. Gonzalez has over 28 years’ experience in school district operations. In his different leadership roles, Mr. Gonzalez has been able to form collaborative teams, which has led to successful departments under his leadership. In his current position as Director of Facilities, Mr. Gonzalez leads an innovative and collaborative approach to school facilities planning and design. Under the direction of Mr. Gonzalez, Perris Union High School District has developed cutting edge designs that utilize collaborative spaces to promote close working relationships for staff and students. Mr. Gonzalez holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is a graduate of the Coalition for Adequate School Housing, School Facilities Leadership Academy.
